Personal Information Fireman's Fund Collects
Fireman's Fund only collects personal information about you when it is necessary to conduct the business of insurance. We do not use 'cookies' to gather personal information and we do not link cookies to identifiable information, such as your policy number. Fireman's Fund uses a variety of computer hardware and software tools to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal and state regulations to guard your personal information. We restrict access to personal information about you to only those employees who need that information to provide products or services to you.
Fireman's Fund, and its subsidiaries, also work hard to ensure that our websites are secure. We employ firewalls, encryption technology, user authentication systems and access control mechanisms to control access to the personal information that may be shared over these sites.

Additional Privacy Information regarding the cpaedgeplan.com site
The cpaedgeplan.com site is an online resource for Accountants that provides access to Professional Liability Coverage provided by Fireman's Fund. Insured users who have registered on the site will additionally be able to access various tools to assist them in their profession. The site is managed on FFIC's behalf by the Ives Group.
What information is collected and how is it used?
In order to use all the features of the site, users will need to register their name, firm/company name, email address, and password. Additionally, during the registration process a user may elect to receive email reports and updates by checking the appropriate box. If a user makes this election, he or she may receive requests for demographic or other survey information as part of these offerings. Such demographic and survey information may be further used to provide the user analysis and reports as well as promotional information about the Ives Group and the offerings of its partners and affiliates.
No information is obtained from cookies. However, a session cookie is added to a user when logging on in order to allow the user access to the areas of the site reserved for insured members.
Who Has Access?
The Ives Group accesses registration information in the site in order to administer the database for Fireman's Fund. In addition, The Ives Group may use the registration information in order to provide email reports and updates to users who have indicated they wish to receive these reports and updates.
Correcting, Amending, or Deleting Information
Registered users may access and modify their account information at any time by first logging in, then accessing the Your Account section of the site. By clicking on the "Update" button, the user may change his or her name, email address, company name and policy number, as well as preferences regarding whether or not to receive email reports and updates.
